Locust Hills is proud to offer you a great banquet facility with large crown molding, wood tables, chandeliers, and more.  Our facilities bring a high class atmosphere and at a reasonable rate.

Room Rental

Conference Room (up to 32 people)

$150 rental for 1-3 hours
(Plus $25 for each additional hour after guest arrival)

Main Banquet Room (214 people)

$200 rental for 1-4 hours from 7am to 4 pm
(Plus $25 for each additional hour after guest arrival)

$250 rental for 1-4 hours after 4 pm
(Plus $25 for each additional hour after guest arrival)

Locust Hills is unable to offer the banquet room for weddings due to the complex nature of the event.

Tee Room (64 people)

$175 rental for 1-4 hours from 7am to 4 pm
(Plus $25 for each additional hour after guest arrival)

$200 rental for 1-4 hours starting after 4 pm
(Plus $25 for each additional hour after guest arrival)

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit will be required for most events. The amount refunded will be determined by any damage or stolen items of LHGC property.
